Background
The Career Fair, a leading event for recruitment and career opportunities, wanted to generate more exposure in 2025 and appeal to a diverse group of candidates and employers, both live on location and online.

- Engagement: The content emphasised the diversity of the Career Fair, with inspiring stories from various recruiters to appeal to both candidates and employers.
Result
The campaign produced impressive results:
- Reach: The videos achieved more than 120.000 impressions, significantly increasing the visibility of the Career Fair.
- Engagement: The live podcasts generated a lot of interaction, both on location and online, with positive reactions to the authentic approach.
- Participation: The stock market saw a rise of 25% in interested candidates compared to previous editions.
