Working On
the Career Fair

Background

The Career Fair, a leading event for recruitment and career opportunities, wanted to generate more exposure in 2025 and appeal to a diverse group of candidates and employers, both live on location and online.

Challenge

The Career Fair aimed to make maximum impact and reach a wide audience during the two-day event. The challenge was to engage both live visitors and an online audience in a short period of time (two days) and highlight the diversity and inspiration of the event.

Approach

There was a dynamic campaign developed to promote the Career Fair and encourage engagement:

    1. Live content creation: In two days, 23 podcasts were recorded, edited live and broadcast from the fair to directly capture the atmosphere and diversity of the event.
    2. Online reach: The podcasts were combined with a video campaign distributed through social media, aimed at attracting a wider online audience.
    3. Engagement: The content emphasised the diversity of the Career Fair, with inspiring stories from various recruiters to appeal to both candidates and employers.

Result

The campaign produced impressive results:

  • Reach: The videos achieved more than 120.000 impressions, significantly increasing the visibility of the Career Fair.
  • Engagement: The live podcasts generated a lot of interaction, both on location and online, with positive reactions to the authentic approach.
  • Participation: The stock market saw a rise of 25% in interested candidates compared to previous editions.

The Career Fair strengthened its position as a leading and inspiring platform for career opportunities, with impact both live and online.
