Dirkzwager is a full-service firm focusing on medium-sized and large (inter)national companies and government institutions. Dirkzwager offers high-quality and pragmatic solutions and is a specialist in several sustainable sectors. Dirkzwager wanted to reinforce both its corporate identity and employer brand through content and campaigns, to give both clients and potential employees an inside look.

Challenge

Dirkzwager faced the challenge of simultaneously creating an employer brand film and a corporate film, with the aim of seamlessly aligning both messages. Through this combined production, the firm wanted to establish a unified and powerful brand identity that appealed to both clients and potential employees, reinforcing the impact of both films.

Approach

There was a integrated campaign developed that combined strategic themes for both audiences:

    1. Combining strategic themes: The themes of 'commitment' and 'pragmatic solutions' were placed centrally, matching both candidates (employer branding) and customers (corporate branding) to create a unified message that reinforced each other.
    2. Combined production: By focusing on both audiences, all assets - including photos and videos - could be produced in one integrated shoot, resulting in 85 assets with a consistent line of content.
    3. Multichannel strategy: Content was distributed via LinkedIn, META, its own website and trade media, with very specific GEO targeting.
    4. Human focus: The assets emphasised the human side of Dirkzwager, with the authentic story to create trust and recognition for both audiences.

Result

The combined approach strengthened the content message:

  • Synergy: The employer brand and corporate identity reinforced each other, leading to a uniform and powerful positioning of Dirkzwager.
  • Awareness: Dirkzwager's online exposure increased by more than 30% among recruitment target groups within a very short time.
  • Engagement: It has increased significantly.
