Background

ATN Security operates in a highly competitive labour market in which technical talent is scarce. To attract sufficient qualified electrical technicians, ATN wanted to raise its profile as an attractive employer within the security industry.

Challenge

The challenge was to make visible the added value of working in security: a sector that is often seen as technical, but where the dynamics, variety and social relevance are underexposed. In addition, the video had to both activate (conversion) and contribute to employer branding.

Approach

Studio Werkenbij developed and produced an audience-focused job video which focuses on the daily practice of the electrical engineer.

By depicting real work situations, diversity in projects and colleagues, the role was made tangible and recognisable. The video was used as a core asset within an online recruitment campaign.

Result

The job video successfully positioned ATN as a modern and attractive employer. The campaign performed above expectations and exceeded pre-set targets in terms of reach, engagement and job applications.
