Background
Bakkerij Goedhart wanted to attract new technical talent for the position of craft operator, spread across two production sites. The organisation values craftsmanship, team spirit and job satisfaction.
Challenge
A preliminary target group and motivation survey showed that salary is only one of the decision factors. In particular, job content, pride in the product and working atmosphere proved decisive for potential operators. The challenge was to translate this effectively into one powerful story, without losing the differences between locations.
Approach
A single overarching job video which focuses on the employer story of Bakery Goedhart.
Atmospheric images from both locations were bundled into one consistent film. The nuance differences in work and teams were then cleverly broken down by vacancy level on the website, so that candidates can go in-depth in a targeted way.
Result
The video provides a clear and attractive overall image of Bakkerij Goedhart as an employer. Candidates quickly get a feel for culture and content, leading to better matching, higher engagement and a more efficient recruitment process.
