Background
Municipality of Oldebroek wanted to raise its profile on the labour market and increase brand awareness as an employer. The municipality explicitly sought a distinctive approach, matching its identity and culture.
Challenge
A standard vacancy or employer branding video did not meet the ambition. The challenge was to develop a creative concept that stands out, touches and invites interaction, without compromising credibility.
Approach
Studio Werken presented three creative concepts, deliberately seeking innovation in form and storytelling. The municipality chose a distinct concept that shows the organisation from multiple perspectives and capitalises on emotion and recognition.
Result
The campaign achieved a high number of views and strong interaction. The positive response confirmed the chosen direction and the pre-set objectives in terms of reach, engagement and employer branding were amply achieved.
